We load non-essential cookies (Google Analytics) only if you allow them. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page.
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (the browser's local storage — localStorage / sessionStorage) used on the site by the operators of ilancik.com, APPLINEUM LTD and TRENDWAY TRADING LTD (Privacy Policy §1).
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies (local storage) keep information in the browser for the same purposes. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary (no consent needed)
Required for the site to work, to keep it secure and to carry out an action you requested; they cannot be switched off.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
NEXT_LOCALE | İlancik | Remember your chosen language | 1 year |
ilancik-auth-storage (local storage) | İlancik | Keep you signed in | Until you sign out |
ilk_cookie_consent (local storage) | İlancik | Remember your cookie choice | 12 months |
__cf_bm, cf_clearance and similar | Cloudflare | Bot and attack protection | 30 minutes – 1 year |
favorites-storage (local storage) | İlancik | Favourites added without signing in | Until you delete them |
Our own measurement (privacy-focused, no consent needed)
To measure which listings and pages get attention, to show listing owners view statistics and to detect abuse, we run our own measurement on our own servers. A random visitor ID (_ilk_vid) and session ID (_ilk_sid) are kept in your browser; raw IP addresses are not stored, the data is not shared with third parties and raw events are deleted after 60 days. If your browser's "Do Not Track" setting is on, this measurement does not run at all. If you choose "Necessary only" in the cookie preferences, this measurement is also switched off.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) | Aggregate statistics on site usage | 2 years |
Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose "Accept all". How Google processes data: policies.google.com/privacy.
Third-party content
YouTube videos and maps (OpenStreetMap) on listing pages connect to the provider's servers only when you view that content, and the provider may set its own cookies. These are subject to the provider's own policy.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels.
3. Personal links
The tenant, landlord, guest and cleaner portals and owner report pages your agent sends you (/p/... addresses) load no analytics cookies or trackers at all.
4. How to change your choice
- Click the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page; you can switch between "Accept all" and "Necessary only" at any time. When you withdraw consent, Google Analytics cookies are deleted and not loaded again.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block necessary cookies, some features such as sign-in may not work.
